PREPARATION
How do I get there?
​
The venue the Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium is situated in the Western aspect of Traralgon. The Stadium is on Catterick Crescent Reserve.
​

Can I park my car?
​
Yes, there will be car parking.
​
What do I wear?
​
Activewear please, no uniforms are needed, just whatever you feel comfortable in for playing hockey.
​
What equipment will I need?
​
None! We will have plenty of equipment available for you to use, for free.
​
What else do I need?
​
Please bring a drink bottle, and some warm clothing.
​

PARTICIPATE
What do we do on the day?
​
Please arrive just before 12pm.
​
We will meet you when you arrive, and you will be assigned to a indoor hockey team for the day.
​
We will do a easy warm up in our teams then start the tournament around 12.15pm where our friendly experienced coaches will guide you. And don't worry, we will cater for all levels of experience and ability!
​
The tournament will be very social and fun, and you will play in 2 or 3 short matches, culminating in a final for 2 teams.
​
We will complete the on-court activities at around 2pm before we move into the tournament workshop until 4pm.
​
Please note that there will be a short break during which you can change before the workshop session if you wish.
​
